Every aspect of our show home was thoughtfully designed by Nate Weis, Senior Architectural Designer; expertly built by Matt Huffman, President of Old Town Design Group; and expertly decorated by Wendy Langston, Interior Designer and Owner of Everything Home Designs.
You can expect to see multiple unique entertaining zones and intentionally designed open-concept spaces, completed by traditional forms and flow. Biophilic design elements can be found throughout, with exceptional use of skylights and large windows to bring in natural light, a mix of natural materials incorporated throughout the home, and several water features to bring the outside in.
