Be the first to tour our new Chatham Village Model in Westfield. Located in the “Lakeside” Section of the Village, this home sits along the water’s edge of the 12-acre lake.

Directions: Exit 31 N onto E 191st Street, at the third roundabout take the first right onto Tomlinson Road, then turn right onto E 196th Street. At the first roundabout, take the third exit onto Chatham Hills Blvd, then turn right onto Elmsborough Drive – the model will be on the right, lot C3.
