Where we build Townhomes:
Luxury Condos | Magnolia
Magnolia will feature a total six condominium buildings along with two apartment buildings. Each condominium building will include just five units in total — creating a rare opportunity for both privacy and luxury. Side-by-side units are 1,900 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths while Penthouse units are roughly 3,000 SQ FT with 3 beds, and 3.5 baths.
