We have been thankful to have been deemed an essential business and have been moving forward with our homes under construction, providing needed employment and delivering on promises to our customers. Our team of passionate staff have worked creatively to convert our whole customer experience from lot purchase to home closing into a completely virtual offering, making it easier than ever to build with Old Town.
It is now time to start moving forward, but with caution. Our goal from the start has been simple: keep our employees, customer and trade partners safe. Our models homes remain open Thursday through Sunday 12-5 PM, allowing people to better experience the Old Town difference under the following guidelines.
If you are sick or displaying symptoms…
If you are sick or displaying any symptoms, such as a fever over 99 degrees, we ask that you please stay home and do not visit our model homes. Feel free to access our virtual tours at www.oldtowndesigngroup.com/virtual-tours and contact a New Home Consultant to learn about our virtual process.
Hand sanitizer and social distancing
Hand sanitizer will be available for your use prior to entering and when exiting the model home or homes for sale. We ask that you practice social distancing and maintain a six-foot separation while in the model home or homes for sale.
In lieu of handshakes…
We will be utilizing non-touch gestures in lieu of handshakes.
No more than six people will be allowed in a model home at any time. We recommend contacting the New Home Consultant for the community and schedule a specific time to take a tour. If you arrive at a model home and it is occupied, you may wait outside on our front porches or feel free to tour the community first.
Face masks and regular cleaning
Our New Home Consultants will be wearing face masks, so please understand that they do create some challenges when communicating. Per the governor’s mandate, beginning July 27, we ask that all visitors wear masks when visiting our models. Disposable masks will be available at the entry way.
Old Town will be cleaning high touch surfaces such as handrails, countertops, doorknobs and display areas after every tour. Please be patient if you show up to our and we are still in the process of cleaning.
